Tswalu Kalahari
A vast and magical land is Tswalu Kalahari’s strap line and it couldn’t be more accurate! Being the largest private game reserve in South Africa's Northern Cape they have made it their mission to restore this spectacular dessert.

Tswalu Kalahari

Tswalu is South Africa’s largest private game reserve, protecting over a hundred and ten thousand hectares of Kalahari kingdom and is truly one of a kind. This preserved reserve, home to eighty different mammals is the ultimate wilderness safari experience and a direct flight from either Cape Town or Johannesburg.

Described as swish and sexy by Condenast Magazine, and no more than thirty guests allowed at any time, Tswalu Kalahari is a private paradise. The lodge itself is divided into two parts. The Motse comprises of six spacious legaes, Tswana for suite, and three family suites which each sleep four. Tarkuni sleeps up to ten guests in five separate suites and is the ideal option for large groups or families. With varying features such as open fire places, sleep out decks overlooking the waterhole, shady salas and quiet pools guests find it hard to tear themselves away!

Being the largest private game reserve in the country you can drive for miles without seeing another soul. While in search for the world’s impossible five, which by the way is possible here and you can do it with a G&T in hand! In the evening watch the dramatic desert sunset over the pretty plains on your romantic, lantern lit terrace.

This is a five star wilderness safari luxury with a conscience!
