Kasane. From the airstrip it is a forty five minute drive, followed by a five minute boat ride to the camp.
Designed to blend in with its surroundings, Little Vumbura is a beautiful six-roomed tented camp shaded by the forest canopy. Each well-appointed tent has en-suite facilities and a deck with incredible vistas. In the main camp, a plunge pool and reading area overlook the floodplains with a star deck leading off from the dining area.
With the contrast of the waterways and savanna the activities here are varied, and the concession is home to some of the broadest and most exciting water and land based game viewing in the Delta - hippo and crocodile spotting from a boat is one of them! They also have good concentrations of game such as lion, leopard, elephant, sable and buffalo. And, the birding is exceptional!
Little Vumbura is a true Okavango Delta experience and one of the top destinations in the Okavango Delta!
